Havana is a Buddhist meditation practice that involves cultivating feelings of kindness, love, compassion towards oneself and others. Meditation is also called Mahayana. Havana helps us in our development or cultivation. Emotion is a strong feeling such as joy or love .
EMOTIONS AND SENTIMENTS
During emotional distress we will respond with anger.Emotions are symptoms of our inner desire and our wishes.These demands increase our emotions. Emotions in the form of impulses surge. Emotions are not voluntary but develop from the subconscious mind. This is something which we do not understand until we study those situations.
EMOTIONS ARE OF TWO TYPES. POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
Positive emotions are pleasure, comfort zone, happiness, security, sympathy for others.Negative emotions are threat, insecure, fear, anxiety, dread, hatred, dislike, anger, disappointment, self pity, self mercy.In our body, chemicals and harmonies are released according to our mental orientation and expression.A bit of excitement is enough to create an emotion. Negative emotions create the pressure due to which health deteriorates.Our body is directly affected by our mood. The condition of the person is effected due to our mental balance and environment.
HOW EMOTIONS AFFECT OUR BODY
Sometimes we are zealous, we have enmity.Some systems of our body are more prone to being affected due to negative feelings. When we are criticized, fought we get various problems. We have exam pressure or interview pressure, then we have to work more to counter and handle situations.Our blood gets more Adrenalin.This affects our digestive system, circulatory system and brain.Muscles of our neck and shoulders get stiff due to anxiety, distress, resulting in deficiency of oxygen.Spleen has to work hard to send more BC into blood.Our kidneys get damaged due to pressure and anxiety. Lungs will be affected due to stress and sadness.
SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNT
Successful people learn relaxation technique.Successful people learn and understand their bodys symptoms and signals.How much stress I have and where it has come from. Better learn Relaxation.Can I remain remain calm and composed and peaceful during a stress situation.Let us pray and worship for peace & freedom from stress.
