Within the text of this blog, the health of the body would have much to do with the mind. Perhaps, by taking time out from the business of the day, that totality would bring out a form of meditation, in fact naturally. Where does this begin? Well , I feel that it would begin from silence, perhaps, because allowing oneself to give into silence would bring about the natural form of meditation. Using ones mind to speak and to interact with the rest of the world, one might assume this to be too boring and far so unimaginable. However, that would be the point of objective, to keep the mind quite. One must imagine in one's own mind. This assumption say's that, if one wants to learn meditation, then one would need to learn to not to interupt ones own thoughts. They must come clear to him or her. In fact, this would take clarity to grasp, because if one does not feel motivated towards expereincing true mediation, then how will one even start the process. There is a valid reason for us to not to be able to medita te at this point. We simply speak out, channeling that we don't want to meditate. So we distract ourselves from it, that is, from meditation. Thus, the actions taken to avoid actual meditation is called an active mediation, but we use it to reverse the affects of the meditative state. Literally, we use an active mediation to encourage ourselves not to sit in silence nor experience relaxation. Now, we can assume that both form of meditation do have purpose. We can take a look at the difference by comparing what the practitioner would be doing at the time of either choice of meditation. Remember, there are active mediation and mediation for relaxation purposes. It would depend on the intentions of the practitioner performing one of the two. Let us expand on the action meditation. To meditate, but also using the bodies natural energies to create actions, like walking or standing in ones kitchen would be expample of this form of meditation, thus active meditation. The meditation for those of us able to sit quietly and with the intentions on focussing our thoughts would be the simple meditational form of a yoga experience. This is interesting, because anyone can do either form and no one has to be an expert guru of yoga. Both meditations do make life simpler, that is, we all use meditation probably based on personality with intentions.
