We get bored doing the same exercise again and again Trudging on the treadmill makes me feel bored. I feel tired after doing the same kind of thing again and again. Aqua aerobics is one thing that is making me feel happy these days.

 

Aqua aerobics is an intense work-out that reduces the burden on the joints and muscles. It is basically rhythmic movement of hand and foot done in chest-deep water. Numerous floatation devices are used to carry on with the work-out such as paddles and kickboards. So you need not know swimming to do aqua-aerobics. It is effective, low impact and intense workout to lose the flab.

 

Aqua aerobics is definitely safe to stay fit and get into shape. And believe me it is fun. It has got its physiological and therapeutic benefits. We all know that water is much denser than air and hence it provides resistance helping you to put more effort to exercise. So you don’t have any injuries and you burn more calories as compared to gymming. Your muscles and joints don’t feel the stress and it is a great recreational activity since it involves dance steps. It promotes blood circulation as well. So just enjoy aqua aerobics to stay fit and young.
