Alzheimer’s Disease Start Exercising Early to Beat the Disease In the name of modernity we tend to stray from the pattern of a healthy lifestyle, which in turn leads to many health complications and diseases. But there are some ailments like Alzheimer's disease that occur because of a combo of genetic factors and other influences such as environment and lifestyle. Following a healthy diet, which is low on sugary foods and refined carbs like white rice, white flour and white sugar, is highly recommended for good health. Foods which are processed and packed many contain high sugar which should also be cut down. The best option is to include a lot of fruits and vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables in your regular diet, so as to maximize the intake of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

To ensure that you are taking in healthy food, please cook more often at home, so that you can consume more accordingly to your diet preferences.

It is also necessary that you get some good sleep, make sure that you follow a scheduled pattern of sleep which will go a long way in maintaining proper health. Uninterrupted sleep daily will kick out the toxins from your body and help you get rid of the tiredness and fatigue. Sleeping properly daily will not only help you give your body the much needed rest but also help you to ward off serious ailments. .
