What Happens to Your Body When You Have a Hangover

Here are few things that you need to know when you are going through a hangover, to your body parts:
To Your Head: One of the major issues of hangover is dehydration. Excess amount of alcohol upsets the production of vasopressin in the body, which is responsible for controlling the body fluids. This could lead you to a headache through the day and make you feel giddy.
Immunity: Alcohol also disturbs the body’s cytokines, which is a chemical messenger that triggers acute inflammation. A small amount of anti-inflammation pills like brufin would do good to kill your headache.
To Your Liver: Alcohol could seriously cause liver damage, and cause you fall sick. Serious and continuous drinking could cause your liver damage completely and kill it.
It can detox only one drink per hour, and it took a real beating last night. Don't traumatize it further with more liver stressors like acetaminophen painkillers.
To Your Stomach: When you have a lot of drinks, it makes you feel sick, sometimes you might suffer with nausea, and you would feel like throwing up, which is the best thing to do when there is a lot of alcohol in your stomach.
