It is about 6 months since I was introduced to a book titled 'Eating Alive'.

It has changed my lifestyle and eating pattern which has brought my blood sugar levels by 50% while I am awaiting implant of stem cells in September 2010 for my Diabetes type2.

The plan has also dropped my Insulin [Novorapid] intake.

Diabetics and non-diabetics should try this.  It works well and makes sense.

One need not make drastic changes or sacrifices.

In a nutshell...

Start your morning with 1/2 glass of lime juice

Wait 30 minutes and have a bowl of mixed fruit or a portion of fruit.

Wait another 30 minutes and have your breakfast.

One can snack lightly in between main meals.

At lunch time, keep it strictly vegetarian with the carb of your choice except products with yeast.

Snack lightly till supper/dinner time.

The dinner can be anything, but MUST EXCLUDE any carbs.

Plenty of water and sugar free beverages should be consumed.  Try reducing coffee/tea intake.

The fasting Blood Sugar reading will read lesser than before.
