Sugary food and pakoras might be tempting, but if you are looking forward to see your children grow up and get married, then you might as well stop stuffing yourself with empty calories. The food you eat plays an important part as to how long you will live? Stay away from refined carbohydrates, deep fried food and sugar. Eat more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish and soy. Do not stuff your tummy with food. Always eat only till it is partially full. Once in a while you can pamper yourself with chocolates and burgers, but eat in moderation.


If you want to live that long when you can hug your grandchildren and read out bed time stories for them then keep your lethargic cells at bay. People who live long spend a part of the day in physical activity no matter how much tired they are. If you don’t find time for exercising then find out ways by which you can keep yourself fit.  You can do that by getting down two stops before you reach your office. Always take the stairs instead of a lift.


We all fantasize about a stress free life. If you are a woman make more girl friends. Talk to each other more often and even plan outings with them. A remedy to stress is your social circle. Learn to share your worries and laugh them off with your near and dear ones. Have social gatherings more often and be happy.


Look forward to tomorrow. Every new day brings new promises. Think marvelous things and they will happen to you. Do not fret about illness and old age. Just look forward to getting old and enjoying your old age. Remember as you grow old you are surrounded by more of your kith and kin, and hence more love. At this point of life you are wiser and have seen more of life so you have more stories to narrate to your near and dear ones. Everybody will value your plethora of wisdom.


Last but not the least sex is the basic need for all human beings. During love making the feel good hormones gets secreted which makes you happy and nobody can deny that the secret of long life is nothing, but sheer happiness
