How You Can Feel Energetic By Leading A Balanced Life.

With the rapid industrialization and coming spread of multinational companies all over the world, finding a person who is relaxed and happy has become more an exception than a general rule. Yes, everybody is so mentally exhausted that one has no intention and time to feel energetic and strong. However it is to be realized that there is no balance in the life of a person and he has become just like a machine performing his professional and personal duties.

 

I am sure all of you would agree with the fact that “ All work and no play make Jack a dull boy”. So it is vital that one should not only concentrate on ones professional life, but should be able to include other activities in ones life to feel energetic and good. Besides professional life one should cultivate hobbies one can do in ones spare time. This would not only be a recreation but also remove the monotony of living. Besides going to play outdoor games will provide one exercise and also refresh him. This step is sure to make one feel more energetic in life.

 

Yes, one can avoid the monotony of life and feel energetic by doing multiple activities. It is vital one does not carry work home from office. Besides even a housewife should make sure she is free in the evening to spend quality time with the family. This quality time could be playing some indoor game, having a cup of coffee or tea together or sticking to the rule that mealtimes should be family times. These quality times together could be times when each member of the family shares his joys, disappointment and other things of general interest. The family could help each other as well as enrich their knowledge.

 

In addition there should be time for exercise and meditation too. Exercise helps one to feel mentally and physically strong. Besides it also helps to make ones bones and muscles more flexible and strong. Exercise could also be a group activity, where the family worked out together. Exercise like swimming, walking, running and jogging could be done with family and friends. Doing exercise together acts as a motivation to not give up the habit. Besides doing meditation and yoga exercises helps to clear the mind of negative thoughts and makes one energetic, strong, relaxed and happy. Meditation, deep breathing exercises and yoga also help to relieve the mind of the everyday tensions of life.

 

And, yes just like you feel energetic by doing multiple activities, sleep is also very important part of a balanced. Sleep helps us to rid ourselves of physical and mental tiredness and helps to distress us and feel energetic and strong. Everyone should aim at having at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep. In addition one should also remember that bedtime routine is very important to get good sleep and feel energetic and strong. Bedtime routine means that before one goes to bed one should abstain from getting negative and tensed thoughts. So one should abstain or reduce hearing the late night news, seeing horror movies and serials before retiring to bed. Also one should avoid controversial arguments within the family. However it is best to read philosophical literature or hear light soothing   music before retiring to bed,  

 

Yes, it is quite right. Each family must try to go for an annual vacation to relax and build up energy and spirits to enter the daily grind again. An annual vacation does not mean a costly vacation, but can just mean visiting family and friends who stay in other cities and sightseeing there, A change of routine with no binding whatsoever could help one to relax. The vacation should form an integral part of setting a balance in life, as it is sure to give one time to spend with our family and also to recoup energy to start work. This is sure to increase ones productivity also.

 

A balance in life also means that one should gift oneself quality time to spend with ones own self also. Every person needs this time to be able to analyze oneself and do things that one likes; probably it could be time to give oneself a facial, to enjoy reading a book or have a leisurely bath with bath salts. This my-time could also be to improve ones personal or professional skills. Yes, one is sure to feel good and energetic with this quality time with ones own self. 

 

To sum up the journey to setting the balance in ones life starts with the first step, the step of recognizing that one has to do so and taking steps to turn energetic by setting a balance in ones life,
