Obesity
is a common hitch in today’s life style. How to get rid of Obesity is a question which strikes my mind every minute.  


Health related problems with Obesity
:

Obesity is a chronic health condition which can lead to serious health concerns like:

  • *Diabetes
  • *Heart Disease
  • *High Blood Pressure
  • *Cancer
  • *Asthma
  • *Chronic headaches
  • *Hernias
  • *Fertility problem (Unable to conceive)
  • *Fat accumulation in Thighs, under arms, belly and sensitive areas like breasts.


This list can keep growing...


What causes Obesity:

With today’s adverse life style people get addicted to more of junk food resulting in obesity. This can take a toll of the entire human body. It’s predicted that obesity can be a result of not just eating junk food but also over eating your food. There are several other factors which add up to this condition:

  • *People eating in front of Television
  • *Computer
  • *Having junk food stored in the cupboards and fridge, etc.

Mom’s watch out, baby fat will outgrow upon reaching physical maturity. Hence make sure you provide your baby the right nutrition according to its age.


How to get rid of Obesity:

  • *Prevention is better than cure. Restrict your diet and eat balanced diet.
  • *Changing life style becomes mandatory, if you want to be in shape. Split your 3 meals into 5-6 meals per day.
  • *Avoid consuming carbohydrates and starch rich food like rich.
  • *Adopt basis exercise for your body. Light exercises like bending, stretching, walking at least for 30mins a day.
    • Swimming
    • Dancing
    • Jogging
    • Cycling, etc are the best and easy way to tackle obesity. 
  • *Avoid junk food, canned food, storing food in fridge, storing food in cupboards, eating lot of sweets, oily or fried food, etc.
  • *Eat lot of fresh vegetables, green leafy veggies, fruits, fresh juices, soups, etc.
  • *Drink lots of water which keeps your body hydrated and helps remove toxic from your body.


Points to note while burning fat:

  • *Monitor your weight consistently ensuring the intake of food in limits.
  • *Be patient and don’t lose heart; any kind of physical exercise will take time to show results. We need to have patients and keep trying to get results.


Modern day techniques to reduce obesity:

I am sure we all are aware about modern day techniques to reduce extra flab like liposuction and gastroenterology.

Liposuction is wherein the fats are taken out of the body through a surgery. One has to attend few sittings to remove those fatty acids from the body.

Gastric bypass: This surgery makes the stomach smaller and allows food to bypass through the small intestine helping feel full stomach.
