Reduce your stress. Severely stressed people are more likely to catch a cold as stress depresses your body's immune function. Try relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga etc to reduce your stress. People who are severely stressed are more likely to develop other infections.

Thanks Sreegouri. I needed a prescription in UK to get medicine like that. So, was seeking for a second opinion. One more question- AMH level 11.12ng/ml was in my first cycle after miscarriage. So, just wanted to know if AMH levels do get affected by such events or it is something quite stable. Also, will it pose any challenges/increases chance of miscarriage if I could not get metformin 500mg-twice dose in third pregnancy?Many thanks for your time and support in advance.
