Fusion exercises are in and it is real fun doing them. Fusion exercise basically is a workout that combines various moves with loads of fun. Blending two forms of workout has a lot of benefit. The two forms that have become very common are Piloxing and Bellyfit. Piloxing is a combination of Pilates and boxing where as Bellyfit is a combination of belly dancing and cardiovascular workouts.

Running on the treadmill for hours becomes very monotonous after some time. The fun of combination workout is that it is not at all monotonous like a regular workout in the gym. Power plate workout with yoga is great for those who need more toning than weight reduction. On the other hand Bellyfit is excellent for those who want to reduce their abdominal fat. Like any other forms of exercise these are customized as per a person’s needs. Fusion exercises like any other workout has a warm-up routine, followed by high intensity moves and then a cooling-down routine. Also like any other form of exercise these begins on a slow note and the n gradually becomes intense.

The thing that is becoming a big trend today is including yoga along with any form of exercise. This is because yoga is effective and once you have lost weight in yoga you do not gain back that weight unless and until there is a change in your lifestyle and on top of that yoga asana helps to energize the body, mind and soul. So the demand for incorporating yoga with any form of exercise is becoming a trend.

Over the years exercises has evolved so much and a comparatively new entry in the fitness regime for the fitness freaks is fusion exercises and it is here to stay. Celebrities like Lara Dutta, Bipasha Basu and Kareena  Kapoor follow these exercises to maintain their stunning figures.

Well versed and must read blog as introduction to exercises. Whether or no Yoga (if it is ever to be called yoga - in what ever we do while little control of our breathing and conscious control of our thoughts)exercise for 45 minutes at least three times a week is best for good health. Fusion exercise in its evolving form has many takers and it is good. Exercising single or in groups has its own advantages and disadvantages.Group does help. One of the good combo of group exercise is initial 5 min warm-up, 25 min run, 5 min breathing exercises and physical, 5 min games, and 5 min yoga relaxation.
