When a woman has undergone a miscarriage, her body goes through a lot of stress and depletion. Here are some do’s and don’t’s regarding food and diet to be taken care of when a woman had gone through this misfortune:
1. When a woman is coping with miscarriage, she needs to avoid junk food. She needs to have ample amount of protein A and C from different types of foods. 
2. It is true that soy is a very healthy food, which supplies a lot of vitamins and minerals to the body, but it is not the same case when it comes to healthy diet after miscarriage. A woman needs more of iron in her body due to lose of blood.
3. Since the body is in lot of stress and pain, it is important for a woman who have undergone a miscarriage to eat the right type of foods. It is normally believed that fast foods like pizza, burgers etc. are commonly called as depression foods. Hence, it is needed to avoid fast food as much as possible.
4. All kinds of carbohydrate foods is something that a woman who had undergone miscarriage needs to avoid. The carbohydrate foods contain a lot of unhealthy carbs which is clinically proven to not be good for weak body. Instead, it is advised to have lean meat for healthy carbs in the body.
5. Canned and processed food should be strictly out of the list of the diet when the body is coping with miscarriage. Processed food have chemical flavours and preservatives which could lead to food poisoning when the body has lowest tolerance to chemicals.
