Some nutritionists refer to manganese as the ‘love mineral’. Lack of it can cause fatigue, depression, bone loss and overall weakness. Include hazelnuts, chestnuts, bananas and legumes in your diet.

Excessive sugary food causes mood swing. It may be tough at times to deny all the sugary stuff, eating it in moderation is what you should do. To beat lethargy, eliminate high starchy food and you should take food that stops the release of excessive blood sugar. When we are suffering from tiredness we should increase the intake of raw vegetables. Have lots of salads and soups. It is good to kill hunger.

It is important to have adequate magnesium. It is an energy provider and good for uplifting your spirits. It is also good for blood sugar transport inside the blood, which can help contain dizziness and other signs of fatigue. It is found in beans, all nuts and spinach.

Greek yogurt is also an excellent mood lifter. It has high protein content and much fewer carbs as compared to regular yogurt as well as lower lactose levels, so it is better for those girls who suffer from lactose intolerance.
