Five Ways to Care for Your Tresses:
It is a normal thing to lose upto 100 strands of hair everyday, but losing about 100 strands in a day would leave with nothing on your head in few days! Instead of going for expensive chemical treatments for your hair and its growth, opt for these tips that I am going to tell you now:
Try messaging your scalp for a few minutes gently everyday. This procedure helps in stimulating the follicles of your hair, and makes them livelier. Message your head with mustard, olive, and coconut oil to improve circulation.
