CELIAC DISEASE IS A ALLERGY FROM THE PROTEIN GLUTEN PRESENT IN WHEAT. GLUTEN IS PRESENT IN WHEAT, OAT, BARLEY. 

 

FOOD DOESNOT GET DIGEST, LOOSEMOTION, PAIN IN STOMACH, ANEMIA, INCREASE IN WEIGHT AND HEIGHT, SWELLING IN THE STOMACH ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF CELIAC DISEASE.

1. AVOID WHEAT, OAT AND BARLEY.

 

2. AVOID OUTSIDE FOOD

 

3. AVOID TIN FOOD

WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT CHAPPATI, PURI, NAAN KULCHE, MAIDA, UPMA, SUJI,SAVIYAN. OAT, BARLEY,SAMOSA. MATHRI, PATTI, BREAD ROLL, PIZZA, DALIA, NOODLES, CAKE, BURGER, MACRONI ETC.
