Avoid Crash Diet

Be cautious before you plunge into crash dieting to lose weight. If you starve yourself for a month or so you will definitely lose weight, but the weight will bounce back immediately after you go back to normal diet. The baby food diet that many of the Hollywood and Bollywood stars follow can lead to severe complications and you will gain back more weight than what you actually had in the past.

 

The weight loss that one achieves is just temporary. There has to be a discipline in your fitness regime and you should always keep a realistic goal. Once you achive your desired goal that is the most difficult time because maintaining that weight is what is important, be very cautious with your lifestyle.

 

Following a good low in calories diet is what is important along with regular exercise. People who have a tendency to put on weight should be cautious about their diet. Everybody must work out for at least for 30 to 45 minutes five times a week. Proper diet is necessary for exercising because you need that energy to burn the fat. It will definitely give you better result than drastic dieting and no exercising.

 

Models and actors take to drastic diets that can lead to complications. It is advisable not to ape them. Crash dieting can harm you bones, spoil your skin and hair and at the same time lead to hormonal imbalance.  So avoid extreme diets. Always follow your trainer’s instruction. Practice any form of exercise that suits your lifestyle. Eat sensibly, but don’t go hungry. Avoid sweets and deep fried things and also avoid maida and you can notice the difference within few months.
