hi everybody......watching this blog.......specilly peadiatrician...........

do u have any comment on the title when used for childs respiatory tract infection?

i think this is very usefull. because now-a-days atopy is very frequent. and probably this is cuttig down the usage of injectable antibotics; & period of suffrings. only execption is Meseales& Varicella. These are not too common now with vaccines.

yes, it works. it is well accepted in cases of ARI with h/o atopy in UK & IAP. but in office practice, how could a doctor recognise this in an ignorant & flying patient ?i think itis better to prescribe short acting oral steroid, atleast where the doctor suspect that the case might deteriorate with wheeze/etc.that could prevent i/m antibiotics ,nebulisation etc in a rural setup, which is hazardous & painfull to a child.
